Electrical Engineer, Senior



Innovative Professional Solutions, Inc., a woman-owned small business, is seeking a self-motivated and dependable individual with well-established Engineering experience (10-15 years) to support sophisticated United States (U.S.) Navy systems. The ideal candidate for this Senior Electrical Engineer position is technically oriented, quality focused, and committed to become expertly familiar with the complexities of U.S. Naval systems. The range of responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, engineering lifecycle planning, system requirements development, integrate modeling and simulation capabilities for underwater acoustics, participate in Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs), Preliminary Design Reviews (PDRs), and Critical Design Reviews (CDRs).

Management Analyst, Mid-Level



Innovative Professional Solutions, Inc. (IPS)—a successful defense contractor located in Panama City Beach, Florida—has provided exceptional support to our Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) customers for more than 20 years. We are looking for an organized, proactive, and motivated Junior Management Analyst who enjoys working with a team of expert engineers, logisticians, and software developers. The person who fills this Junior Management Analyst position will: provide support during several weekly technical meetings develop briefing material that contains project status, schedule, roadmap, strategies, and more as well as draft meeting minutes, action items, and other administrative documentation. This is a wonderful opportunity to support an exciting program that is invaluable to our U.S. Navy.

Program Analyst, Junior



Innovative Professional Solutions, Inc. (IPS)—a successful defense contractor located in Panama City Beach, Florida—has provided exceptional support to our Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) customers for more than 20 years. We are looking for a Junior Program Analyst to help support our customers at NSWC-PCD. Successful candidate must possess proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, writing and editing skills to edit and/or initiate a wide range of technical documents and reports that affect logistics, maintenance, training, fleet support, and management oversight of Naval systems. In addition, the successful candidate must be highly organized and will be responsible for initiating and tracking procurements and managing a large inventory. The role requires hands on work and light lifting. Candidate must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance.
