Engineering Technician, Junior



Innovative Professional Solutions, Inc., has enjoyed the privilege of providing excellent support to our Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) customers since 2001. We are looking for a Junior -Level Engineering Technician that will provide technical support for engineers engaged in research, design, development, testing, overhauling, and refurbishment support to Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) Mine Warfare (MIW) and Technical Support programs. The Technician will assist engineers and other technicians in the development and fabrication of mechanical, electronic, and electrical prototypes, subassemblies, components, parts, equipment, and systems. Technical tasks are performed in contractor or government facilities within the United States and abroad. This position requires a Department of Defense Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship. Compensation is based on experience.

Program Analyst, Junior



Innovative Professional Solutions, Inc. (IPS)—a small, woman-owned defense contractor located in Panama City Beach, Florida—is honored to support our Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) customers for more than 20 years. We are looking for an organized, proactive Junior Program Analyst who enjoys working with a team and is also a productive independent worker. The person who fills this junior program analyst position will: provide support during several weekly technical meetings develop briefing material that contains project status, schedule, roadmap, strategies, and more draft meeting minutes, action items, and other administrative documentation and tackle a variety of other tasking, some with tight deadlines. This is a wonderful opportunity to support an exciting program that is invaluable to our U.S. Navy.

Software Developer, Mid-Level



Innovative Professional Solutions, Inc. (IPS)—a small, woman-owned defense contractor located in Panama City Beach, Florida—is honored to support our Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) customers for more than 20 years. IPS is looking for you—an energetic, proactive, experienced Mid-Level Software Developer/Tester with well-established software development experience (3–8 years)—to support sophisticated United States naval software systems. The ideal candidate must be technically oriented, quality focused, and committed to become expertly familiar with the complexities of U.S. naval software and associated systems. The range of responsibilities will include but, are not limited to: software development, testing, integration, maintenance, training, configuration management, and formulation of software revision updates and sustainment. Developed product must be in accordance with standard United States Navy and Government instructions, policies, procedures, and standards. This project is exciting, challenging, and interesting and requires the ability to easily adapt to change.
